What ingredients do you use in your candles?

We use natural soy wax, eco-friendly cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils. Our candles are free from harmful additives, ensuring a clean and safe burn for your home.

How long do your candles burn?

Our candles are designed to burn longer and cleaner. Depending on the size, you can expect burn times ranging from 20 to 50 hours with proper care.

Do you offer custom candle scents or labels?

Yes, we love working on custom orders! Whether it’s for a special occasion, wedding, or corporate gift, we can create personalized candles tailored to your needs.

How do I ensure my candle burns evenly?

To achieve an even burn, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and let the wax melt across the entire surface during the first use. This prevents tunneling and extends the life of your candle.

Shipping Questions

Where do you ship your candles?

We currently ship nationwide within the United States. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time, but we’re working on it!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $50!

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pickup for customers in the Lapel, IN area. Just select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Return Questions

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and undamaged candles within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate the return process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
